Willis Todman was 22 when he participated in Round One of the men’s 400m with a time of 50.11. Mr Todman was also the flag bearer for the 1988 Seoul Summer Games.
His personal best in the 400m is 48.9 which he ran in 1991. He was a more frequent competitor thereafter in the shorter sprints.
