One of the most versatile runners in BVI High School history, Todman once won all events from 100m to 1500m at a high school meet.
Moving to San Jacinto College and later the University of Memphis, he focused primarily on the 400m, an event in which he ranks second all-time on the BVI list.
Mario Todman at age 22 represented the BVI in Rounds One of the men’s 4x100m and the men’s 4x400m.
