BVI Olympic Sports

The BVI Olympic Committee (“BVIOC”) is currently raising funds to assist its athletes in training and development as they prepare for London 2012. All funds raised will be specifically used for elite athlete development and Games qualifying. The BVIOC is offering two types of sponsorship packages, a team support program and a hospitality package, as described below:

BVIOC TEAM SUPPORT PROGRAM - Cost $1,000 plus cost of the tickets and additional voluntary donation to BVIOC

Here is an opportunity to obtain preferred ticketing services from the BVIOC’s Authorized Ticket Reseller, Cartan Tours. The team supporter will pay $1,000 in sponsorship to the BVIOC, which will give them preferred access to Olympic Games tickets, without the need to purchase a hospitality program. Tickets are limited and there are no guarantees that all requests will be met. However any supporter on this program will be assured of best efforts by our Ticket Agent to obtain the requested tickets. The disciplines for which where tickets are most likely to be available are Athletics, Volleyball, Equestrian, Boxing and Sailing. The scarce tickets are for Ceremonies, Basketball, Swimming, Gymnastics, Cycling Track and Beach Volleyball. Each supporter will be able to purchase up to six (6) tickets of their choice at the listed values and will be asked to donate the equivalent value of the tickets purchased to the BVIOC. If a supporter wants to request additional tickets, these can be made available in tranches of up to six (6) for an additional donation of $1,000 for each additional tranche requested.

The advantages of becoming a BVIOC Team Supporter are:

· BVIOC will validate ticket requests to avoid the need for applicants to provide proof of identity to the Ticket Agent

· Tickets can be collected or delivered in advance

· Supporters will receive recognition on the BVIOC website and will be provided with BVIOC London 2012 memorabilia

· Supporters will be invited to a London 2012 function at BVI House to meet the athletes

HOSPITALITY SPONSOR – Cost varies depending on the level of sponsorship as described below

Here is an opportunity to become a Gold, Silver or Bronze BVIOC sponsor, which entitles the sponsor to acquire a Travel Package from the BVIOC’s dedicated Ticket Agent. This includes Accommodation at the Novotel London City South, Airport Transfers, Meet, Greet and Baggage Handling, Full English Breakfast daily, Hospitality desk at the hotel, Souvenir gift pack that includes commemorative gifts from the Olympic Games and London, Concierge services consisting of Program Managers and Local Hosts to assist sponsors throughout their stay, Invitations to special events that include Welcome Reception on the first day of each “Wave”, Membership Card, Pin and BVIOC gift bag, BVIOC hospitality credentials, access to BVIOC hospitality services, invite to a London 2012 function at BVI House to meet the athletes and most importantly a pre-selected schedule of event tickets (one or two events each day). These benefits are more fully described in the attached brochures.

GOLD LEVEL SPONSOR - $25,000 payable in sponsorship to BVIOC which entitles the sponsor to purchase up to Six (6) Special Sponsor Olympic Games Packages at a cost of $6,500 per Person for Wave 1 – July 26 to August 1, 2012, $7,500 per Person for Wave 2 – August 1 to August 7, 2012 and $11,000 per Person for Wave 3 – August 7 to August 13, 2012

SILVER LEVEL SPONSOR - $15,000 payable in sponsorship to BVIOC and the opportunity to purchase up to Four (4) Special

Sponsor Olympic Games Packages at a cost of $6,500 per Person for Wave 1 – July 26 to August 1, 2012, $7,500 per

Person for Wave 2 – August 1 to August 7, 2012 and $11,500 per Person for Wave 3 – August 7 to August 13, 2012

BRONZE LEVEL SPONSOR - $10,000 payable in sponsorship to BVIOC and the opportunity to purchase up to Two (2)

Special Sponsor Olympic Games Packages at a cost $6,500 per Person of Wave 1 – July 26 to August 1, 2012,

$7,500 per Person for Wave 2 – August 1 to August 7, 2012 and $11,000 per Person for

Wave 3 – August 7 to August 13, 2012
